Menu Monday

It was a beautiful President's Day.  Meg spent the morning at a new art shop opened up by two local moms.  They (her old Girl Scout troop) chose to paint beautiful peace signs on canvas and I was really impressed with the girls creativity.  

The gallery offers group private parties as well as instructional classes for kids and adults.   I'm definitely going to attend myself.  It looks like fun!

On to this week's menu....

Monday - Bourbon Chicken and rice
Tuesday - Shrimp and Pasta Formaggio
Wednesday -  Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches, cole slaw
Thursday - Will be eating out...school event
Friday - Boston Market Meat Loaf (turkey) (if in town...anybody know?), au gratin pototoes/cauliflower
Saturday - Baked Penne (again, if in town)
Sunday - Leaving open
